I started with large crazy quilt blocks of her choosing, which I embellished madly each time she left home for camp or trips. We added B&W blocks she'd made in a QSDS class one memorable summer. Then I threw in everything else she chose for color and design to tie it together. No longer just a crazy quilt--it quickly morphed into what we called The Insanity Quilt... I sewed through her teens and sent her off to college with it.
