“Synchronized Synchronous Fireflies” (24" x 24") by Susan Brubaker Knapp |
I finished “Synchronized Synchrnous Fireflies” last night. Now I have to decide how to hang it. Grass on the top and bottom, or grass on the left and right? Cast your vote, please!

I like it with the grass on top and bottom, seems more natural to me.

Definitely in your Top 10 as far as I'm concerned! Something about the colors and the symmetry. And the quilting is beautiful (as normal!).
ReplyDeletevery cool, Susan. I really like the grass on the sides.
ReplyDeleteLovely! I think with the grass on the sides it looks like they've landed; with the grass on the top/bottom they appear to be in flight--my vote is top & bottom =)
ReplyDeleteI like this quilt very much! Very funny....

ReplyDeleteI love this piece, Susan! And I vote for the grass on top and bottom. Somehow I think that showcases the fireflys better.
ReplyDeleteI like it grass on top and bottom better than the other way. Not sure why...just because I guess.
ReplyDeleteGrass top and bottom definitely. Very interesting piece.

I love everything about this piece and the memories it gave me of my brother and I catching "lightening bugs" when we were kids in Iowa. I like the grass on the top and bottom.
