Great work by the Cutting Edge Quilt Group

Last week, I had the pleasure of teaching a three-day painting and thread sketching workshop for members of the Cutting Edge Quilt Group of Reedville, Va. These women are accomplished quilt artists, but some of them had never painted before. They worked from original photos, and each student did really fabulous work; take a look!

Many thanks to all the Cutting Edge quilters, and particularly to my host, Elizabeth.

  2. As one of your students in the Cutting Edge Guild workshop, I must say the three days were absolutely GREAT!! So much information presented with encouragement and belief that each of us really could accomplish our goal; that transferred the belief to US. Although not fully satisfied with my effort at class end, further efforts at home have produced an acceptable end result. What Fun We Had. Thank you Susan.
