Another one quilted

I am on a roll … Here is “Painted Sunflower” quilted and done! One more to go and I’ll have all three little samples for my Wholecloth Painting class finished.

    Maybe I missed it, but I was wondering how big your sample pieces are.

    The threadwork on the yellow one is just beautiful -- I especially like the pattern you did in the center.

    Of course you work is always beautiful and so are these. I'm just 'catching' up so I got to see all 3 finished! Just beautiful and your choice of not doing lots of thread work is another great example!

    Love it, really think the quilting made a difference on this one, it needed that texture and depth.

    Karen, these are all little, smaller than 9x12. I'd love to do them BIG someday.

    Thanks, Susan. 9 X 12 is a good sample size -- illustrates well, but not daunting to complete --- I bet a larger size would be a lot of fun to do and result in a really amazing piece! Because they're pretty cool in the small size.

    They'd look good hanging in my office... hmmm... better get busy...thanks...
