“Nobody’s Free” (copyright Susan Brubaker Knapp 2025) 18” x 11”
I
love this quote by Fannie Lou Hamer (1917-1977), American voting and
women’s rights activist, community organizer, and leader of the civil
rights movement. We are all interconnected and bound to each other by
our humanity, and until we can achieve justice and freedom for everyone,
none of us are truly free in the “land of the free and home of the
brave.”
